Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under specific conditions. A return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns are applicable only in cases of:

Defective product
Wrong item received
We do not accept returns for reasons related to size issues, color preferences, or change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Customized or limited-edition handcrafted items (unless damaged or defective)
Sale or discounted items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear images or videos of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item to avoid damage during return shipping.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only if the request is made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

All products are checked thoroughly before shipping.
Color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting; this will not be considered a defect.
